red-handed.

i had some beets in my fridge from a couple of days ago- they were getting a bit soft so i cooked them up for a salad.  i'm eating it now as i study some stupid stupid stuffs.


spinach salad w feta and beets! the dressing is a honey-oregano vinaigrette (i'm messy)  i'll put it in the recipes  mm.
