nic's visit

nic dropped by and i decided to make a quick bite.  nic is hard to cook for.  he has eaten some real good food in his life.

garlic + parsley butter sauce over angel hair pasta
apricot cinnamon glaze w. caramelized onions over salmon

i should of let the butter brown a bit more.  but round 2 will come tonight.
