tomorrow, new lighting.

the lighting in my apartment is starting to stress me out.  ha, ha.  but it is.

tonight i cooked.  it was real fun. cooking with eggplant is super enjoyable.  its an easy, funny vegetable i think. 

fig bread (not homemade) w cucumber, mozz and applewood cheddar
butternut squash tortellini w pesto 
eggplant parmesan
